What is a effective FREE Video editing tool for applying overlapped text and other things of that sort?
I need an effective piece of freeware that will not infect my PC and can simply overlay text on Youtube videos.
Windows movie maker is already installed on your system if you are using windows. Also there are a lot of trials available for things like Sony Vegas, etc.
